During the painting of the shutters through our sister company. We discovered that the community has been dealing with siding falling from buildings due to poor installation practices creating expensive ongoing repair and safety issues. We provided a detailed job walk with the board president to discuss a budget friendly option and timeline that fit their needs. We also identified that their gutter system was in poor shape, creating water problems in homeowner basements due to missing hangers and being undersized for the slope and size of the roof. We provided a competitive quote and began work immediately to ensure the first 7 test buildings were complete prior to the shift in weather.

Each building to take 6 days from start to finish including replacement of 35-40 square of vinyl, full foam insulation replacement and upgrading currently under rates 5 inch gutters to new 6” seamless gutters.
