Apartment Gutter Replacement On Seven 3 Story Apartment Buildings Located in Brunswick Ohio

We were contacted by the property to complete a full repaint of the community due to damage on existing siding. During our evaluation we identified the cause of the paint damage to be coming from an undersized gutter system. Working with ownership we provided a full plan and pricing to upgrade their gutter system to commercial sized 6” seamless gutters. We also provided input on adding additional downspouts were needed to handle the volume of water flowing off the roof. The use of a 45 foot articulating boom lift was used in conjunction with track mats to reduce damage to the landscape.

Each building to take 3 days from start to finish. Removing existing 5 inch gutters and installing new 6” seamless system with 3×4” Downspouts.
